• Call recordings and transcripts from demonstration and service calls

• To improve quality

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (telephony, AI voice, hosting) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days unless a longer period is required by law or an active service agreement.
